I design education policy and programs for contexts where standard approaches don't hold, conflict zones, displacement settings, and low-resource environments where the gap between policy language and lived reality is widest. My work sits at the intersection of field practice and research: I've built a national teacher competency framework under UNICEF contract, taught refugee learners in Amman, and conducted doctoral research on how displaced women's testimony moves through humanitarian institutions. I work through Five11 Group LLC and take on engagements where the work is hard to reach and the stakes are real.
